Although I cannot share any of our latest work, I can show you (somewhat) how much polystyrene we have recently machined. From floor to ceiling blocks of polystyrene filled our space and it was very much a case of sending off finished pieces and receiving just as much fresh polystyrene in a long running cycle.
Manoeuvring blocks around and keeping all the machines running was essential for these deadlines, as well as our polystyrene compactor which made it possible to condense down all the waste and keep our machining bays clear. You can see from the image above just how full they can get! Hopefully I’ll be able to say a little more about this when the time comes, and show what we were able to create.
